1. FORGETTING TO BRUSH YOUR HAIR DAILY
You should brush your hair daily, preferably at night and take special care after bathing, since that is when your hair is most vulnerable to damage. We recommend tobrush it before entering the shower with a wide comb.
2. DRY VERY HARD WITH TOWEL
When your hair is wet it is weaker and prone to breakage, so drying it too hard or moving the towel in different directions can cause damage to your hair. The correct way to do this is wrapping it in the towel and pressing it with the hands so that the towel absorbs the moisture.
3. SLEEP WITH WET HAIR
Sleeping with wet hair not only harms you, but also wets your pillow, using which is not healthy.

4. USE COLLETS ALL THE TIME
While wearing the “ponytail” gives a great style and is fashionable, we recommend not to do it all the time since it causes hair fall. Tied hair tends to weaken over time leading to hair fall.
5. USE OF VERY HOT TOOLS
Do not expose your hair to excessive and constant heat. Avoid the use of iron every day as you can burn your hair and use protective masks whenever using it.
6. EXCESS DYES
Do not abuse your hair with excessive use of dyes and chemicals. Use only good quality products and always talk to your trusted stylist before using any product on your hair.
7. DO NOT EAT WELL
Have a balanced diet comprising of vegetables, fruits, fish (omega 3), dairy and nuts. Also drink plenty of water. This would not only promote growth of your hair but also contribute significantly to healthy skin, luminous, strong nails and great overall health.
